Leaving next Tuesday and trying to decide what to pack. Weather looks like it will be in the low 60's during the day and mid 40's at night. I know in the summer months most casinos are freezing and I need a sweater. What are they like at this time of year? Thanks.

We were in LV in November and we will be leaving for LV again on this Saturday and believe me I will bring some sort of coat and long sleeve shirt (ones that I can take off easily). In November we had to buy a coat (fleece) to wear and we wore them alot as we were freezing. AND we are not Florida people either - we are from NY (LOL)!!!!! Oh course I had packed shorts but never even TRIED to wear them.....

I am ALWAYS cold in the casinos, no matter what time of year. I take layers and that I can remove and wrap around my middle if I warm up. T-8!!!

Well, last week the average temps inside casino's varied. I remember quite well I was over heated in Paris, Excal and Fitg. Early morning (when it was most cold outside) I almost striped down to a t-shirt in the Strat.
Now, on the other end of the spectrum, it stayed quite cool to chilly in MGM, Plaza and most noticeably Binnions (they still got the front doors off and are trying to use the forced hot air to fight the wind coming in off Freemont). |
